British Columbia Travel Guide
The unofficial BC Travel & Tourism Guide
Towered by the almighty Rocky and Purcell mountains the lake at the Windermere valley basin is the perfect vantage point to stand in awe, completely humbled by the beauty of British Columbia's scenery, land, sky and lake!

The quaint hamlet of Windermere sits immediate to Windermere Lake's shoreline. Piled up into the forested areas surrounding the lakes are dozens of cabins, cottages and second homes for residents in other neighboring communities. There are few amenities, but the peace, quiet, and playful summer time activities are always the focus when getting away from it all, right?

Be sure to stop in at 'artisans corner' for a look at the local works!
